At Efisafe, your first exchange is on us: we cover the pickup and shipping costs, provided your purchase was over 75€ and eligible for Free Shipping. It’s our way of ensuring you get the right uniforms for your team without any added burden, while also ensuring we don’t lose money when the error is not on our part. If your purchase was less than 75€, the costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

At Efisafe, we believe in Fair Trade, fair treatment, and the same level of accountability for everyone, providing the best shopping experience possible.

Therefore, if you receive an incorrect order or there is an issue with sizes or handling errors by our Efisafe Warehouse team, we will cover all associated costs for the collection and delivery of the items.

 

Subsequent Exchanges: Your Responsibility

After your first free exchange (if applicable to purchases over 75€), you can continue to make exchanges. Please note that from the second exchange onward, you will need to handle and cover the shipping costs. We’ll provide all the guidance you need to return the product to our warehouse.

  • During the Christmas Holiday Period, we extend the exchange period to 60 days for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st.
