Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Our default and most economical method.
- Backorders: When you purchase an out-of-stock product, it will automatically be treated as a pending order, and the delivery time will depend on the product’s restocking period. You’ll be notified by email regarding this.
Processing Times
Typically, we process orders within 1 to 2 business days. During peak demand seasons, processing times may vary. The processing time is independent of the shipping time.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for Efisafe to process and confirm your order internally, while shipping time corresponds to the time estimated by our logistics partner from when they pick up your order at our warehouse to when it’s delivered to the address you provided.
Delivery Times

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

International Shipping

Special Circumstances
- Deliveries to PO Boxes and remote areas may take longer, depending on our logistics partner.
- We do not deliver to military addresses.
If your order experiences any delays due to preparation or shipping (e.g., stock shortages, system failures), we will notify you via email. Efisafe reserves the right to change shipping and delivery conditions at any time, as these timelines depend on our logistics partner.
At Efisafe, we work with the best couriers to ensure the delivery timelines we announce, though they may be affected by force majeure, natural disasters, seasonal service congestion, system failures, incorrect addresses, undelivered packages due to absence of a validated recipient, and more.
Correct Address
Make sure to provide an accurate address. Address changes after shipment may incur additional charges and significant delivery delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages
For damaged items, please contact us for a replacement or direct return processing. In case of loss, contact us for assistance.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Confirmed orders cannot be modified or canceled. To request a refund, you must return the items in perfect condition. Once the return is processed and meets the return requirements, Efisafe will issue a refund.
